I live in Paris, and I work with founders and product teams in Europe, mostly in fintech, crypto, and B2B SaaS.
Before this, I built Multis, a treasury management software: non-technical, 20 people, regulated USD/crypto in the US, raised $12M including $7M led by Sequoia. I made every prioritization mistake in the book — genuinely, I think I got the full set. We got acquired by Safe in April 2024.
At Safe I took over as Head of Wallet. 30 people, €6M ARR. We had the opposite problem: too many people, too many features, no clear direction.
I've built from zero and I've tried to fix something that grew all over the place. Both experiences left marks. That combination turns out to be useful.
On the side, I'm having the fun of my life building Loukoum — a small portfolio of experiments, because building is getting easier with AI and delight is the part that still takes work. Think Turkish delights: tiny, delightful, and you always want one more.
